Adding new and innovative integrations is an ongoing part of the PCS VoIP platform\u2019s evolution and a high-priority focus for our entire team.<br \/>\nWe welcome your feedback about the platform\u2019s current integrations as well\u00a0as suggestions and requests for future enhancements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Current Integrations<\/strong><br \/>\nThe following integrations have been developed by PCS VoIP, for use with our UCaaS solutions:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salesforce.com<\/strong><br \/>\nFeatures: Click-to-dial, Screen Pops, Call Logging<br \/>\nSupported Version: Salesforce Classic (Lightning pending Salesforce.com approval)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Microsoft Outlook<\/strong><br \/>\nFeatures: Click-to-dial, Screen Pops, Call Logging<br \/>\nSupported Version: Office 2016, Office 2019,\u00a0Office 365<\/p>\n<p><strong>URL Agent<\/strong><br \/>\nThe PCS VoIP UCaaS platform\u2019s URL Agent enables a window to \u201cpop\u201d open in a 3rd party web application (i.e. Screen Pops) when your extension receives inbound calls.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coming soon:<\/strong><br \/>\nPCS VoIP is focused on bringing your employees these integrations in the near term.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Microsoft Teams<\/strong><br \/>\nThis integration will enable calls from Microsoft Teams using the PCS VoIP Call Control Platform, allowing Teams users to stay inside of the platform and have the native experience.<br \/>\nFeatures: Leverage PCS VoIP to make and receive calls inside of Teams and take advantage of PCS VoIP\u2019s proven and reliable PBX features.<br \/>\nSupported Version: Microsoft E5 license or other Microsoft licenses with the Phone System Add-on.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Custom Contact Center Integrations<\/strong><br \/>\nWe\u2019ve created a number of integrations for our Contact Center customers to connect seamlessly with their CRM system.
